The low temperature valve means the valves used for low temperature situations, sometimes people regard the low temperature valveas cryogenicvalve, but actuallylowtemperatureconditioninpipingsystemdesign meansthetemperatureislowerthan -45℃. The low temperature valves usually are usually used with the LTCS piping system which pipeline material is in ASTM A333, ASTM A420 or ASTM A350 standard. Such piping products need to be tested about the impact test properties at low temperature. The valves used in the low temperature piping usually choose the forged material. The long distance transmission pipeline also use the low temperature design generally, thus the valves used in the transmission pipeline for Oil & Gas also require low temperature valve.
